* IMPORTANT NOTICE * NEW GUIDELINES * *
YES we are back meeting in person at our regular Sunday services at 10am & 6:30pm. We are so excited to be able to praise and worship together.
There are some guidelines that need to be followed as directed to us from the health unit and we want to ask everyone’s patience as we navigate through this next season.
Huron Perth Health Unit has told us that on Sundays we are to ask our congregation to wear masks. The following protocol are now in place for our Sunday Services.
(If you are not wearing a mask we are going to assume it’s because of a health reason).
* Masks are asked to be worn at all times while in the church building.
* Social distancing practices and social bubbles need to continue
* Hand sanitizer is available at both doors and we ask that your please use it
Please continue to respect and show love to one another from a distance
We all know that these are difficult times but we serve a God who is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. Let us continue to be the church and remember that nothing changes Gods love, purpose or plan.
 When we do gather again in person, please understand that some of the guidelines will put restrictions on all of us. We will still need to keep six feet apart so there will be no hand shaking, hugging etc. You may not have an issue with either of those however others may, due to health concerns. When you enter the building you should head to your
seat and when the service is over you should exit the building. There will be no kids ministries available for a while so we ask that you have your children sit with you for the duration of the service. We will need to be seated six feet apart from one another unless you are family. We will have a plan for seating once you enter the building.
We will be allowed to go to the front for worship however we ask that you please wear your mask and the six feet apart rule still applies.
Hand sanitizer will be available at the front and back doors for everyone’s use and we ask that your please use it as you enter the building.
If you are older or immune compromised please come in the front doors and we will have special seating provided for you. At the end of service we ask that everyone else remains seated until the vulnerable have left the building.
God has shown us that the church isn’t a location or building…it’s us! We cannot go back to seeing the church as a building or an event because it limits the kingdom of God and it’s effectiveness. I want to remind all of us of that important truth. When we meet again in person may it cause us to see our gathering in a whole new way so we can make impact on our community. Wouldn’t that be awesome!
Pastor Bob, Pastor Anne, Andrea, Jon and the entire EPT leadership team.
